Recent Article from Fall 2008:

Save Money by Ordering During Fall and Winter

As we pointed out on the front page, when compared to standard classroom materials, the Stevenson Program is noticeably less expensive. We barely raised our prices at all last spring. Only three of the more than 40 items we publish were increased - each by $1.00. Since that time, paper prices have risen significantly, as have many other commodities. We all know about gas prices, so you can imagine what has happened to shipping costs. We usually re-align our prices once a year on April 1, and in 2009 we will be forced to raise our prices across the board. The Stevenson Program will remain distinctly less expensive than comparable materials, but it will be more expensive next spring than it is now. Teachers and schools that have some discretionary funds should consider obtaining our materials this fall and winter to save some money. Systems with multiple orders could also consider combining smaller orders to get the volume discount.
