Recent Article from Fall 2008:

Research Information Revised and Updated

Today, all reading programs must, of course, be research-based. The research material for the Stevenson Program is contained in our Background Information Folder, which has recently been updated. The bibliography of research on mnemonic instruction was expanded to include more recent articles and the section on fluency in Stevenson was rewritten to reflect the fluency work in the revised Beginning Green Teacher’s Manual and the new Overlapping Strategy Manual. If you need the research background for the Stevenson Program, call us toll free and ask for this folder. Warning: the folder is thick and the research section is dry and technical. If you want a quick down-to-earth summary of the Stevenson Program, request the description on the coupon at the left.
